6 medium potatoes
4 1/2 tsp butter, melted
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, crumbled
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/3 cup chopped green onion

For the Dip:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp ranch dressing
3 Tbsp crumbled bacon
2 Tbsp chopped cucumber
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp dried celery flakes
3/4 tsp garlic powder or a little minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 wedges, then cut away the pulp, leaving 1/4-inch shells.
Microwave on High for 8 - 10 minutes, or until tender.
Brush the melted butter over the potato skins and top with the cheese and bacon.
Grill, skin-side down, uncovered, over Medium heat for 4 - 6 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cover and grill for 2 - 3 minutes longer, until the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with the tomato and green onion.

For the Dip:
Combine all of the ingredients and let chill for at least 15 minutes to combine the flavors.
