1 box favorite white cake mix (or Funfetti)
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 1/3 c.water
2 T. vegetable oil
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Line cupcake tins. Preheat oven according to instructions on box. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into liners and bake as instructed on box. Frost with favorite frosting. I recommend the Vanilla Buttercream Frosting from melskitchencafe.com
