1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups masked potatoes
2 eggs (separated)
½ tsp dry mustard
½ tsp Tabasco suce
2 cups tuna (drained and flakes)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn flake crumbs with 1/2 cup of cheese. Set aside.

combine mashed potatoes, egg yolks, mustered, tabasso. Stir in tuna and remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into potato-tuna mixture. Turn into greased 2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with corn flake topping. Bake in moderate oven 375º about 45 minutes
