3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. green salsa
1 T. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 T. chopped cilantro
2 T. chopped green onions
2 C. cooked shredded chicken
1 C. shredded cheese (pepper jack is best)
soft taco size flour tortillas-about a dozen
salt

Directions:

Heat oven to 425º. Lightly oil baking sheet.

Heat cream cheese in microwave 20-30 seconds until soft. Add salsa, lime juice, spices, cilantro, green onions. Stir well to combine. Add chicken and cheese. Put 2-3 T. of mixture on one end of tortilla, roll tightly. Place seam side down on baking sheet, brush lightly with oil, sprinkle lightly with salt.

Bake 15-20 minutes until crisp and ends start to get brown.

Serve with dipping sauce. We like salsa and sour cream stirred together, guacamole or sweet chili sauce.
