1 whole chicken
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic
1 c. chopped celery
1 bag carrots
5 bay leaves
64 oz. chicken stock
8 to 10 bouillon cubes
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. rosemary
1 lb. egg noodles
1 T. salt
2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pot, fill with water and salt and bring to a boil. Add chicken and bay leaves and cook for 2 hours. Remove chicken and leaves. Cool and remove all the bones and the skin while shredding the meat. Put meat back in the pot adding in the stock, onion, garlic, parsley, rosemary, pepper, bouillon, carrots and celery. Cook until carrots are soft and then add pasta. Soup is ready to serve when the pasta is ready.
