⅓ stick Salted Butter, melted
2½ Tbsp Cocoa, plus 1 Tbsp for dusting
½ C. Sugar
⅓ C. Flour
⅛ tsp. Salt
1 Egg
½ tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Line the bottom of a 6-inch cake pan with a circle of baking paper, then grease the paper and the sides of the pan.
3. Melt the butter in a microwavable mixing bowl and set aside.
4. Add the cocoa, sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla to the butter and stir a little. Then add the egg and stir everything together until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 20 minutes until the top is set. Do not overbake.
6. Let the cake cool in the pan.
7. Turn out onto a plate.
8. Dust generously with cocoa powder 1st and top with powdered sugar.
9. Serve warm with ice cream (optional).
