1 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Beat together the butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla.
Gradually add the butter mixture to the flour mixture, beating until just blended.
Mix in the oats, raisins and nuts, and drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart on to an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375º for 10 - 12 minutes, until light golden brown.
