2 cups Whipping Cream
4 Egg Yolks
¼ cup Cane Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbs. Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat up the whipping cream until bubbles appear around the edges or (130º-140ºF).
Whisk egg yolks, sugar and vanilla add a little bit of warm cream, then mix it with cream until blended.
Pour mixture into 6 (4oz) custard cups. Place custard cups into a 13x9" pan and fill the pan half way with hot water and bake at 300ºF for 35mins.
Once cold sprinkle and divide 2Tbs. brown sugar over all 6 cups.
Broil 6" from heat until sugar is bubbly.
