Base:
8 sheets Phyllo dough
⅓ cup Butter, melted
½ cup Icing Sugar (I do like cane sugar better)

Filling:
½ cup White Chocolate chips, melted
1 pkg. Cream Cheese
1 Carton Frozen Whipped Cream, thawed

Garnish:
Raspberry Preserves (Jam)
White Chocolate Curls
Strawberries, pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Base: Spread the Phyllo sheet with butter and sprinkle with sugar, repeat with the second layer, then cut into 12 squares (for mini cut into 2⅓" pieces).
Place one square on top of an other alternating corners then press into muffin pan.
Bake at 350ºF for 6 mins. Carefully remove phyllo cups from muffin pan and let cool.

Filling: Mix together melted white chocolate, cream cheese and thawed whipped cream. Using a piping bag pipe the filling into the baked phyllo cups.

Garnish with Raspberry preserves (jam) and white chocolate curls or a piece of strawberry.
