Pie Crust

1 egg
1 sm box vanilla instant pudding
1/4 c. veg. oil
3/4 c. self rising flour
1 tbsp. peach juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well, using the dry instant pudding. Press into 2 reg. sized pie pans. Bake at 325 degrees until browned.
 

Filling and Topping

2 large cans sliced peaches drained
8 oz. cream cheese room temp
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. peach juice
Optional: cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peaches and save part of juice. Place peaches into pie crusts.
Combine other ingredients and spread on top of peaches. If desired, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and return to oven at 325 degrees for another 15 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
