For the Topping:
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
4 Tbsp Cinnamon Maple Butter
1/3 cup chopped pecans

For the Pancakes:
1 cup flour
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 egg
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup cinnamon maple butter, melted and cooled
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

For the Topping:
Cut the butter into the flour and sugar until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add the pecans and toss to incorporate.
Spread the crumble on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

For the Pancakes:
Whisk together the egg, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla.
Combine the dry ingredients, then stir the mixtures together until just combined.
Stir in the pecan and let the batter rest for 20 minutes.

Cook and serve with the crumble topping and maple syrup.
