Directions:
Break up noodles, mix with melted butter, sunflower seeds and almonds. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350º only until the mixture is browned lightly.

Make the dressing by mixing all ingredients together and making sure the sugar has dissolved. (I shake the dressing in a jar.)

Toss all ingredients together with the dressing just before serving. (Bok choy and onion are NOT mixed until after the noodles and nuts are browned)
