Ingredients:
4 c. fresh cranberries
3 Qts. water
1½ to 2 c. orange juice (with pulp)
2T. real lemon
2 c. sugar (I use 1½ )
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp whole clove (about 24 cloves)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries and water in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil until berries pop. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain cranberries through screen strainer or sieve pressing with back of spoon to get pulp from cranberries. Put this back into the pan and add the remaining ingredients bring to a boil again. Then cool. When cool remove the cloves and cinnamon stick.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use a tea ball for the cloves- makes it easier to remove from tea. We like pulp, so I press cranberries through a double screen sieve and get the pulp off the bottom of the sieve.
