Dough:
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tbsp sugar
1 packet dry yeast
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

Filling:
1 ib. ground hamburger
1 onion, finely chopped
1 medium cabbage, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taster
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Let yeast activate, then add butter and eggs. Gradually flour, knead into dough. Let rise, punch down, knead into dough. Let rise, punch down, divide into portions. Meanwhile, cook hamburger and onions until browned. Add cabbage until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Roll dough, fill with beef mixture. Seal and shape into pockets. Bake until golden.
