6 large or 10 small corn tortillas sliced into 1" slices

1 lb ground beef with chopped onion browned and seasoned to taste, can use taco seasoning, or stir in some salsa, or just salt, pepper and garlic. Drain.

-1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
-1 can corn, drained
-1 large can Rosarita's refried beans
-1/2 large container sour cream
1 large can green chile enchillada sauce poured over all

Preheat oven to 350º.

Layer ingredients in order given and bake for about 45 minutes (until bubbly). Top with a little more cheddar cheese, or if a fancier, crunchy topping is desired, some chopped Fritoes.
