Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Ken writes: In my household, I'm the only one who enjoys clams. I however have enjoyed clams for as long as I can remember. My grandparents had a house in West Creek, NJ, and we would spend a lot of time there during the summer when I was young, catching crabs off the dock, and fishing. My grandfather would steam the clams on the barbecue, which I liked, or he'd eat them raw on the half-shell. Now many years later, this recipe for Drunken Spicy Clams has become my favorite way to eat them.
