1 12 oz. bag of spinach cooked and well drained
1 c cooked sausage
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs
⅓ c flour
½ t. baking powder
¼ t. salt
1¼ c. shredded cheddar cheese,
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sausage, spinach, eggs, and cream cheese.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix the sausage mixture, the dry ingredients, and cheese thoroughly.
Chill at least 10 minutes.
Scoop the bites our using a small cookie scoop. Bake at 350º for 15 -18 minutes.
