1-2lb of pinto beans
1lb of ground beef
2 cans of tomatoes sauce
1 packet of chili bean seasoning
1 whole onion, chop half use the other half to cook with beans
salt pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make 1lb bag of beans.
Soak beans over night in a bowl with water.

Next day put one ham hock and half an onion to boil in a pot.
When the beans start to boil add the beans and cover. Lower the flame and let them cook for about 35 minutes. Check the beans every now and then to make sure they have water. try to add the hottest water possible. When you add water the first time add one circle of salt and cover. Cook for about 30 minutes more. Taste the juice to see if the beans need salt. If not turn them off and set aside.

Cook about 1lb of ground beef
add the other half of the onion chopped to the meat.
add salt and pepper to taste.
add meat to beans once it is cooked.

Add 2 cans of tomatoe sauce
one packet of chili bean seasoning and mix.
lower the flame and let everything cook for about 20-25 minutes.
