2 cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
1½ teaspoon instant coffee
1 cup soy milk , or alternative milk
1 cup ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in order listed and secure lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
