1 pound ground beef
1/2 large onion, chopped
1 packet of taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup salsa
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn drained
6 cups Doritos, crushed, divided
4 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese, divided

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º and spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until almost no pink remains. Add chopped onions and sauté 3-4 minutes or until they are soft.

Drain the excess grease from the hamburger. Add the taco seasoning and water; mix well. Cook for a couple of minutes until the mixture is slightly thickened. Add the salsa, cream of chicken soup, black beans, and corn; mix well and remove from heat.

Place 3 cups of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, completely covering the bottom. Cover the Doritos with half of the hamburger mixture followed by 2 cups of shredded cheese. Repeat the layers-Doritos, hamburger mixture, and cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbling and cheese is melted and starting to brown. Remove from oven.

Garnish with your favorite toppings.
