Cream, bowl and beaters should be fridge cold for best results. Add sugar and vanilla to taste, starting with 2 tbsp sugar per cup and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp vanilla per cup.
Adding 1 tsp instant pudding per cup of whipping cream keeps whipped cream from getting thin and milky. It keeps for several days.
