Chicken pieces
1 cup instant rice
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ c up chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom
1 chicken bouillon cube

Directions:
Directions:
Flour, salt, and pepper chicken pieces. Put in a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake in oven until brown on one side. Turn chicken over.

Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Add onion and celery to the soup. Mix well.

Put rice all around the chicken pieces. Add the soup mixture and enough water to cook the rice to the pan. Slightly mix into the rice. Cook 1 hour or until done.
