1 whole chicken cut up
¾ cup wild rice
4 large carrots diced
4 pieces of diced bacon
1 large onion diced
1 small can mushrooms
1 can cream of potato soup
2 cups milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken covered with water until tender. Remove bone. Add wild rice and cook for 15 minutes. Add diced carrots. Cook until carrots and rice are tender.
Sauté bacon, onion and mushrooms. Add Sautéd mixture, cream of potato soup, milk and cheese to soup. Heat through but do not boil.
