1 (16 oz) bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, or similar combination, thawed and drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c sour cream
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 jar (4 oz) chopped pimento, drained
1 can (28 z) Durkee French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and d1/2 of the onions. Pour into a 1 quart (maybe 2 qt?) casserole. Bake, covered for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
