1. 3 eggs, separated
2. 2 Tbsp sugar
3. 2 cups buttermilk
4. 2 cups flour
5. ½ tsp salt
6. 1 tsp baking soda
7. 1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
2. In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks until lemon color.
3. Add sugar, salt and buttermilk into the yolks. Mix well.
4. Sift together dry ingredients.
5. Incorporate dry ingredient into egg yolks.
6. Fold in egg whites.
