15-16oz of Culina Plain & Simple DF greek yogurt
1 English cucumber
1 small bunch of dill
2 garlic cloves
1/2 lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the following in a bowl.
Scrape out the gooey inside of the cucumber, removing the gelatinous part and the seeds. Dice the remaining cucumber into small pieces.
Finely chop the dill until you have about 2 tablespoons.
Finely mince the garlic gloves.
Press the juice from 1/2 of a lemon.
Add the olive oil.
Add salt (about 1 tsp) until the sourness of the lemon is covered.
Add a very small amount of finely ground black pepper, to taste.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Top this on some toasted BFree GF Pita Bread, add to a Greek style salad, add to a Mediterranean bowl (chicken + arugula + brown rice + olives etc), or serve with lamb. This can also be used to marinate lamb before grilling. Can use as a dip for crackers or sliced veggies.
