16 oz farfelle pasta
kosher salt
2 cups whole milk
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
12 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Bring the milk to a simmer in a large pot.
Reduce heat to low, add the cream cheese, and stir until it is completely blended with no lumps.
Stir in the cheddar and butter, stirring until completely melted.
Season with the salt and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta and stir to coat.
Continue to cook over medium-low heat until the sauce has thickened and the pasta is nicely coated, 2 - 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
