1 lb chicken breasts, diced
1/3 cup Italian dressing
3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups alfredo sauce
8 oz Italian blend shredded cheese
4 tomatoes, diced
1 tsp basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the chicken in the Italian dressing for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Cook the pasta to al dente, according to package directions.
Drain and place in a greased baking dish.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot, then add the butter and brown the cubed chicken, stirring to cook on all sides.
Add the chicken to the pasta and stir in with the alfredo sauce.
Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and bake at 350º for 25 minutes, until the pasta is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Combine the tomatoes, basil, garlic, and olive oil in a small dish.
Serve the casserole topped with the tomato mixture.
