12 oz farfelle pasta
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
4 strips bacon, crumbled
2 Tbsp sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the pasta, tomatoes, and chicken to a boil in a 12-inch skillet.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 -15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the pasta is tender, uncover and stir in the chicken.
Continue cooking until the chicken is heated through and the excess liquid has evaporated.
Stir in the barbecue sauce, sprinkle with the cheese, and cover until the cheese has melted.
Sprinkle with the bacon and green onions before serving.
