2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
½ C. sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (9 in) graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended.

Pour into pie crust.

Bake at 350ºF, 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

I went through a cheesecake phase. (As you can see in this cookbook, I went through a lot of phases). I had so much fun trying different kinds of cheesecakes. I would take them to family dinners because we couldn't eat them all. This is the basic cheesecake recipe. Please look through this book to find other fun flavors. Cheesecake is pretty easy to make and people usually love it!
