8 oz chive flavored whipped cream cheese
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
1 can corn kernels, drained
3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3 cups Doritos, crumbled
Directions:
Directions:
Whip the cream cheese and condensed soup together until smooth.
Add all but 1/4 cup chopped green onions to the mixing bowl with the chicken, corn, 2 cups of the shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the bowl.
Stir until fully combined, then spread evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread the crumbled Doritos evenly over the casserole.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and reserved green onions.
Bake at 400º for 17 - 20 minutes, until the cheese begins to brown.
