3 - 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the chicken across the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish that has been greased with melted butter.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix in the milk until fully incorporated, then slowly pour the mixture over the chicken.
Do not stir the baking dish!
Combine the chicken broth and condensed soup, then pour evenly over the flour and milk mixture.
Do not stir the baking dish!
Bake, uncovered, at 400º for 35 - 45 minutes, or until dumplings are golden brown.
