½ cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together and beat in the egg til light and fluffy
Add the vanilla and blend in the dry ingredients
If dough is too stiff you may add a tbsp of milk or cream to soften
Roll dough on a lightly floured baking mat approximately ¼ inch thick. Cut with a floured cookie cutter.
Pace on greased baking sheets or a baking mat and bake 350º preheated oven for about 10 min or until lightly browned.
