1 Tbsp olive oil
4 thin chicken breasts
salt and pepper
6 oz cream cheese, chilled and sliced into 8 slices
8 strips of cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange the chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish greased with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper and top with the cream cheese slices.
Sprinkle with the cheddar and bacon.
Bake at 400º for 20 - 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
