4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 oz can evaporated milk
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water, room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a bowl with about 1/8 of the evaporated milk.
Place the flour in a shallow bowl or pie plate and season with salt and pepper.
Dip each piece of chicken in the milk, then dredge in the flour.
Pour the melted butter into a 9x13-inch pan and arrange the chicken over the butter.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Combine the remaining milk, condensed soup, and water.
Pour the mixture over the chicken and bake for 30 minutes more.
