4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
garlic powder
Adobo or seasoned salt
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
4.5 oz can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten the chicken with a meat mallet or rolling pin to 1/4-inch thickness.
Sprinkle with the seasonings, then brown in oil over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Turn, top with the mushrooms, cheeses, onions, and bacon.
Cover and cook until the juices run clear and the cheese is melted.
