Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl with mixer at low speed beat masa, butter, liquid, baking powder, and salt and mix well. Soak husks for 1 hour in hot water. In a separate bowl combine cheese, diced poblano peppers and a few splashes of red chili sauce. Add extra red chili sauce to masa mix as needed to get a spreadable consistency. Spread masa on husks leaving top part of husk free for folding. Fill with some cheese mixture and sliced green chilies. Fold and arrange in large pot. Simmer tamales for about one hour.

Personal Notes:
The cook time is very tricky with this one. Depends on size of tamales and how much cheese filling there is. The masa should be separating from the husk a bit when they’re done.
