Mix Dry Ingredients in a separate bowl:
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder

Mix Wet Ingredients in a separate bowl:
1 cube melted butter
cream in 1/2 cup sugar
add 2 beaten eggs and 1 cup buttermilk

Combine the Dry and the Wet Ingredients together
to make a heavy & sticky dough
- add more milk if it's too dry.
- Mix in 1 cup raisins

Grease loaf pan,
Push the dough into pan (so that it’s half full)
Score the top of the dough with a knife to imprint a “cross"
(to keep the fairies away!)
Bake in oven 350 degrees until golden brown on top,
and knife is clean after inserted into the center of the bread.
