2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp parsley
1 tsp Adobo
6 cups lettuce leaves, torn
1 cup red cabbage, cut into strips
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cucumber, sliced thin
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli florets
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Season the chicken with garlic, parsley, and Adobo.
Cook in a greased skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until browned and cooked through.
Increase the heat when almost done to evaporate the pan juices.
Remove from heat.
Combine the lettuce, red cabbage, and carrots and divide between serving bowls.
Top each bowl with the cooked chicken and remaining ingredients.
Serve with preferred dressing.
