4 - 6 thick cut slices of bacon
2 eggs
2 thick slices of French or Italian bread
butter
Directions:
Directions:
Fry the bacon in a small skillet until done.
Transfer the bacon to drain on paper towels.
Break the eggs into the grease in the pan and fry as you like.
Remove the eggs to a serving plate and fry the bread in the grease until lightly browned on both sides.
Butter the bread while still warm and serve topped with the eggs and bacon.
