5 gallons peanut oil
1 12 to 14 pound turkey
Salad oil
Tabasco
Cayenne pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
paprika
cajun magic blacken steak magic or season all
salt and pepper
Italian salad dressiing
Liquid crab boil


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat peanut oil to 350 degrees
Coat entire turkey with salad oil and tabasco. Nest sprinkle cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cajun magic or season all. All salt and pepper over turkey until completely covered. Take 1/2 cup of Italian salad dressing and strain.Add 2 teaspoons liquid crab boil into turkey. Immerse entire turkey 350 degrees peanut oil. Allow turkey to cook approximately 3 minutes per pound turn turkey about every 5 minutes . Remove from oil and garnish and serve.
