2 tablespoons olive oil
1 dices onion or 2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 14.5 oz canned italian style tomatoes diced and drained
1 tablespoon dried or fresh oregano
3/4 teaspoon white sugar
1 tablespoon basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 to 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 tablespoon butter


Directions:
Directions:
Sauce pan saute onion and garlic in olive oil. medium heat don't burn.Add tomatoes, basil, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. About 5 minutes or until most liquid evaporates remove from heat, add heavy whipping cream and butter reduce heat and simmer 5 - 10 minutes.
