1/2 cup water
1 medium banana, peeled
1/2 cup cantaloupe chunks
1/2 small carrots
1/4 medium orange, peeled
¼ lemon, peeled
⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 slice pineapple, peeled, halved
2 dates [or 1 Tablespoon honey, optional], pitted
2 cups ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press the ingredients toward the blades. Serve immediately.
