one cup of sugar three egg yolks one stick of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
one and 1/3 cup coconut angel flakes
one cup of chopped pecans

Combine milk sugar egg yolk and vanilla Koch over low heat stirring constantly until thick about six minutes add coconut and pecans beat until thick enough to spread
