1 ¾ cup sugar
½ cup butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
5 cups of flour all purpose
5 eggs
3 teaspoons of cinnamon
8 cups of pecans chopped
3 tablespoons of water
1 Teaspoon All spice
Half teaspoon of salt
1 pound of candied cherries half red half green
one pound candied pineapple
two packages of chopped dates
½ teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Take one cup of the flour and mix in fruit leaving 4 cups of flour left. Cream together butter sugar add egg feeding well add vanilla sift all dry ingredients add the butter to the mixture mix and nuts and fruits well drop small amounts on baking sheet bake 350 for 15 minutes
