2 cups 8 ounces shredded natural cheddar cheese
1 cup pitted dates chopped
1/2Cup Land o lakes sweet cream butter softened
1 tablespoon of brandy
½ cup of toasted sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In a one and a half quart mixer bowl combine all ingredients except almonds beat at medium speed scraping the ball often until well blended. Shape mixture into large balls and roll in toasted almonds cover refrigerate remove from refrigerator half hour before serving serve with crackers.
