2 large chicken breasts, sliced thinner
1/2 c flour
1/2 t. each: salt and pepper, paprika, garlic powder
2 T. olive oil
2 T.butter
2 T. minced garlic
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 t. each: oregano, thyme
1/3 c. chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Chopped mushrooms (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and first set of seasonings together. Dredge chicken.
In medium heat skillet, cook chicken in oil/butter til gold/brown. Set aside.
Add garlic and broth to skillet. Heat up, then add cream and parmesan cheese. Lower heat. Add rest of ingredients. Continue cooking and stirring til desired thickness. Return chicken to pan or layer over rice or pasta and pour sauce over.

Mushrooms are a good addition to this. I add them in when I put the garlic and broth in.
