2-3 c frozen mixed vegetables
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp bacon grease
¼ c chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
½ c chopped celery
1 c shredded cheese
1 c mayonnaise
¼ margarine
1-2 c crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and celery in bacon grease. Add garlic, sauté slightly, then turn off heat. Boil water, add veggies, and bring back to a boil, then drain. Stir in onion mixture, add salt and pepper, then dump into greased 9x9 casserole dish. Mix cheese and mayo, then spread over veggies. Melt margarine, stir into crushed crackers, then bake at 350º for approximately 30 minutes.
