16 ounce of Rigatoni noodles (cooked)
1 1/4 C. Cider vinegar
3/4 C Vegetable or Canola oil
3/4 C Sugar
2 tsp garlic salt or 1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp parsley flakes
Cucumbers chopped 1-2
1 red onion sliced or diced (your preference)

Cook noodles. Drain and cool. Add all other ingredients and mix together well. Chill and serve.
