Cheese Sauce

* 1 pack of velveta cubed (small pack or ½ the large pack)
* 500ml heavy cream (whipping cream)
* 3 cups of shredded Extra Old Fort Cheddar
* 3 cups of shredded smoked gouda (real gouda, not the soft wheel)

* 1 Box of noodles (your preference, I like the spirals)

- Heat up the heavy cream until it is going to boil (watch it carefully, you don’t want it to overflow your pot)

- Turn down the heat to medium and stir in the velveta until melted

- Add the cheddar and stir until melted

- Add the gouda and stir until melted

- Make your noodles and add the cheese sauce to them

- Place noodles in a corning ware or other BBQ / oven safe pot

- Top with more shredded cheese

- Smoke/bake at 350 for 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
